Compliance With Federal, State, and Local Laws

All purchases from this website must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By placing an order, the customer affirms that they are legally eligible to purchase the item being ordered.

Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer to the buyer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items purchased are legal to own in their state or locality.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates applicable laws or regulations.


Firearm Transfers

All firearms purchased through this website must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer.

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Selecting a valid receiving FFL dealer
  • Completing all required federal and state paperwork
  • Passing the required background check

Transfer fees, background check fees, or other fees charged by the receiving FFL are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Firearm Sales Policy

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the buyer by the receiving FFL dealer.

Once the firearm has been transferred and possession has been taken, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

If the firearm arrives at the receiving FFL damaged or incorrect, the buyer must notify us prior to completing the transfer.


Ammunition Policy

Due to safety and regulatory concerns:

All ammunition sales are final.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on ammunition.


Returns – Accessories and Merchandise

Non-firearm items may be returned within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return must be approved prior to shipping
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that have been installed, used, or altered may not be accepted.


Order Fulfillment

Products may ship from either:

  • Our retail location
  • One of our authorized distributor warehouses

Because of this fulfillment process, orders may take 7–10 business days to arrive depending on product availability.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.


Refused Transfers or Failed Background Checks

If a buyer fails a background check or refuses the transfer:

  • The firearm must be returned to the seller
  • Shipping and restocking fees may apply
  • Refunds will be issued only after the firearm is returned in original condition

Firearm Shipping

Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals.

Customers must provide the contact information for their chosen FFL dealer.

If the receiving dealer’s license is not on file, shipment may be delayed until it is received.


Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition shipments must comply with state and local laws. Certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit ammunition shipments.

Orders placed for restricted locations may be cancelled.


Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Distributor fulfillment schedules
  • Compliance verification

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been handed to the carrier.


FFL Transfer Instructions

If purchasing a firearm from our website, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose Your Local FFL Dealer

Select a licensed firearms dealer near you who will perform the transfer.

Step 2: Provide FFL Information

During checkout, provide the name and contact information of the receiving dealer.

If your dealer is not already on file, they must send a copy of their FFL license to us.

Step 3: Firearm Shipment

Once the order is processed, the firearm will be shipped to the selected FFL dealer.

Step 4: Complete Transfer

When the firearm arrives:

  • Visit the dealer
  • Complete the required paperwork
  • Pass the background check
  • Pay any transfer fees

Once approved, the firearm will be transferred to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
